On April 6, 2020 I placed an online order with BetterFaceMask through their online Etsy shop. My items were to be delivered no later than April 14, 2020. It is now April 18, 2020 and I still have not received my items. I escalated the complaint with Etsy and received little help. I contacted the shop numerous times from the time I ordered through today. I got automated replies back 99% of the time, with the last correspondence being an actual reply, but without resolution to the issue. I am also unable to leave a product review on their page, despite having purchased a product. I am now out $30.41 and without the product I ordered.
