Trying to cancel and get my money back, but they say that they have never heard of me

I purchased the 6 day trial of the meditation app. After 2 days I did not like it and started the cancelation process. There is no other way to cancel than by emailing them. After 7 days of emails back and forth repeatedly asking them to cancel my subscription immediately they charged my bank card for 6 months worth of subscription. They are a scam.
