Scam Scam SCAM!

I have had a terrible time trying to cancel my subscription with BetterMe, the subscription was supposed to have expired January 5th. so tell me why I was still billed for a subscription I no longer have as of June 5th. I've contacted BetterMe about this cancelling my subscription, I have yet to receive a response, and I've reported the app itself as a scam to apple. I am thinking of contacting my bank to help try and solve this issue, I am at a loss of what to do at this point.

Just tried to do the trial thing with this website and guess what it’s a scam thank goodness my banks stop crazy charges from coming out and I got an alert from both of my cards with 4 different charges each for 25.99$ US. All of them from different websites but all had similar “better me” names. Now I have to replace both cards.

As per other complainants, my wife unwittingly subscribed and got charged about €23. There is no system of reclaiming your money - whatever they say on their website. The ONLY way of doing it seems to be to ask your bank to issue a new card.
The most disturbing part of this scam is that they are operating under the umbrella of Google and are presented as legit. Betterme are manipulating their Google presence so it is really important that there is a powerful response from everyone who experiences this loathsome and thieving operation run by the bottom dwelling [censored] calling themselves Betterme.

I purchased "offer trial" in January that costed about 5 euro. I didn't sign or tick any agreement for purchasing any plan. Yet they took off my card 28,5 euro later in January and again the same sum on Feb 24. I tried to communicate and cancel subscription through their page and I got an email with the following crap:

"The whole BetterMe team, including Customer Support, is operating from Ukraine. We’re currently protecting our country from Russian troops, volunteering to help internally displaced people and refugees, and ensuring safety of our loved ones.

We will get back to you as soon as we can. From an underground shelter or in-between possible bombings, our team will reply to your message".

Of course they are located in Cyprus... I had to cancel my card!

They are thieves and to promote them in any way makes you accomplices- I do not believe that their existing reviews are real. They have stolen thousands from me, I eventually cancelled my card today and am now left to change any other legitimate subscriptions that use this card. They replied to mails now and again promising they stopped subscription but just kept charging me. I’ve also written to Apple development forum today. You need to stop this company- they are absolute thieves!

It's a scam. They ask you to fill out a profile and say they will email you a plan, but then after they have your email address (I gave them a throw-away one because I rightfully didn't trust them), then they say you have to pay for it. The initial information they provide is extremely flawed and not in keeping with best diet practices. Don't fall for it.

Ad on Instagram for weight loss meal plans. Once I provided my credit card info and was billed $19.99 they sent me an email with the supposed meal plans/exercise plans which you cannot download or view. I then attempted to contact the company and it does not exist...there is no contact information, no way to dispute the charges etc. Total scam, out $20. The email says "Eat & Fit". The credit card charge is to "eat-fit-mealplan.com" I would really like a refund but cannot find this company or a way to contact them.
