I purchased a month subscription for $13.99 but was charged $54. I reached out to their support explaining I did not agree or click on any extra charges and to please refund me. They answered with bots and told me a refund was put through and I would see my money in 5-11 business days. It’s been 30 days and they will not give me my money back. I’ve contacted them 5 times and they’ve replied 5 times saying they did issue the refund. The ARN code they gave me for my bank is fake. They are refusing to refund my money. They stole my money without authorization for the initial charge.

This is an App and website designed around health and fitness. My daughter decided to download and sign up which cost me 39.99$. I immediatly saw the charge and canceled the app and have requested a refund three times from them and have not heard back. It has been a week and their suport email says that they will respond within 8 hours. I have not used the app nor opened it up other than to cancel and reach out to the support to request a refund. Again, I have reached out three different times in a week and have not heard a single word back.
