I applied for a job through LinkedIn and was contacted by the company about the role and to move forward. I was then told the role I had applied for was no longer available but that another role was available. They told me about an executive virtual assistant opportunity that would pay $700 a week. They did not interview me for the role but asked me to answer some interview questions. Then they offered me the role and said they would mail me a check that I would need to deposit and that I would then need to send money orders to a 3rd party distributor. I did not accept the role and declined the role because of suspicious circumstances.
