I placed an online order on 4/5/23 with beverlyhillspup.com and they charged my credit card for the full amount of the order for $45.00 on that same day. About a week later, I saw on my account with their company on the website that my order had still not shipped and was awaiting fulfillment, so I decided to try to contact them to see when it would ship. I noticed they did not have a customer service phone number listed on their website, and the only way a customer could contact them was to fill out a "form" and submit it to them online, which I did, and I inquired when my order would ship. I did not receive a reply. I waited a few weeks and after the order still had not shipped, I decided to try to contact them again through the online form. Again, no response. I tried using the online form to contact them again a few more times, and never received a response. After about two months of waiting, I decided to research the company, and discovered that there were many online reviews warning that the company would "scam" customers by charging their credit cards and then they would never send the merchandise that was ordered, which is apparently exactly what had happened to me. To this day, I have never received a reply from the company in response to the several emails that I sent requesting a status update for my order.

I purchase an order, it was never delivered. I contacted them on multiple occasions to no avail to get a status update/refund. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. Just posted a review on google to warn future buyers but just saw that they are numerous people that have been scammed by this guy and lost lots of $$$. Please shut him down. Searched online for a collar for my cat and came across their website. I ordered a collar for my cat. I received emails that they were working on my order that it was a small business it would take some time. I emailed them multiple times to let them know I moved and need to now change the shipping address and received no response. I ordered in march and it is now may. I clicked on their privacy policy on their website and it gave me an error message. I clicked on their terms and conditions as well and received the same message.

They have an IG page BH Pup and a website where you can order cute brand name puppy clothes for reasonable prices. I ordered 2/1/2023 paid $92.60 have not received my order or my money back. I have requested both. No response, no customer service line. My story is like many others from Trusted Pilot reviews. This is a horrible company they are taking orders and not fulfilling them. I received one email response completely ignoring my request for money back, and also about my order. The name that was used in my email response was William Kasel. The new email address for contact is under customer support has changed it’s now [email protected] it was not that address 2 weeks ago. Everything about this company is fictitious and fake, they are fraud if people and stealing peoples money. One person even spent $600 worth of clothes and has received nothing I’m glad it was only $92.60, but I will not be doing that again. I have all new bank cards in case they were to try to charge my card again, my old ones have been taken out of service and shredded. Warning everyone DO NOT SHOP THIS WEBSITE

Company offers dog apparel, accessories and other pet related items. Purchased a sweater and a tracking number was never provided. Item was never shipped. Company ignored all emails regarding a refund.
