Type of a scam Online Purchase

On April 8, 2022 I ordered 40 banquet chairs from this company retailer. I order them for our Church, in our church name. The church paid $1,277.66. I received a email from them thanking us for our order on April. 8, 2022. I found this company when I googled banquet chairs and was among other requitable companies. I chose them because there price was cheaper. The instructions that was sent to me was to download an App called Shop. From there I would get a tracking number sent, and they had on this site other items you can order. On April 27th, April 30th, May 2nd, May 3rd, and May 4th emails were sent, asking about our order, and replies from them apologizing saying they will send our chairs. Nothing sent and no tracking number. On May 4, we canceled the order and wanted our money refunded. They assured us that the money would be sent back on the card, and we have not received the money. Tried to call them and the number has been disconnected.
