The company offers personalized books to help people with fitness. I ordered a physical copy of this book, and never received it. They also hide in their terms and conditions an agreement to a subscription, and if you try to cancel the subscription, they send you to a website that doesn’t work, and say you have to pay upwards of $40 to cancel it.

They tried to take money out of my account for the subscription, but my bank flagged it as fraud, and I told my bank that I didn’t authorize the charge and cancelled my card. Since then, they have tried to charge my card six more times without contacting me.
