Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered Chinese food and the restaurant uses BEYONDMENU.COM as a third party website for delivery orders, this place ran my credit card 5 times for the same order! placing over 100 on hold for several days, when I called to dispute the 5 holds they blamed it on me and said my card had declined and they "HAD" to run my card 5 times! Which is a total LIE, they refused to settle the 4 extra amounts and forced my credit card company to get involved, they REFUSED to settle the held amounts and kept telling me my card declined. This happened Friday and STILL TODAY they have not released the held amounts, my credit card company said the holds would expire tomorrow and I would get my money back. TOTAL SCAMMERS!
