I had went on a site that looked legitimate and showed Black Friday sales and in it had a cricut machine for a good price along with other cricut machines in different colors and essentials so I went a picked the one I wanted along with a few of essentials to go with it and placed the order which total came up to $99.85 (used PayPal of course) but which noticed the total was total different on my PayPal than what was at the end of the cart on the side. But when the product came it was in a little envelope with a whistle in it. So now trying to file a claim with PayPal

Ordered a Honda generator 1/4/2020 for $149.99. I tried to contact the seller multiple times after not receiving the item for months. Today, 4/20/2020, I received a rubber hairband with the word phoenix on it. This company is out of China and ships hairbands from a US address that might cost 50 cents. Fortunately, the credit card company is investigating. Paypal needs to stop doing business with this fraudulent company.
