I went on google to find a tool bench for my fiancé as a birthday gift. I came across a white tool bench for $99.65 on berrdoes.com. I thought it was perfect only thing I should've realized was they only accepted ****** as payment. I bought it and didn't receive an email for confirmation of the purchase. I instantly felt worried and tried emailing them but the email on the website didn't go through so it couldn't be delivered. I waited a couple days and then I got an email from ****** that my package from the company shipped. I thought awesome. After work on April 20th I called my fiancé and asked if he got the big package from **** because the item said delivered. He said no. I go to my mailbox and see a small yellow envelope. I open it and there was a plastic sparkly snowflake from the company. Instantly, I start freaking out. I email them with a picture that ****** provided me. I submitted a claim through ****** and after research I see that this has happened to other people. Once they emailed me back they said for me to send them the item back to prove that it was not the correct item and then they will issue a refund. I am not doing that until further action from ****** is provided. Do not purchase from this website it has happened to so many people.
