I ordered a free trial off the website without confirming I am 18 years of age and was charged for a different product that was mailed to my house that I did not order. After 14 days of a 30 day free trial they and the other product charged me 77.95 and 79.95 for remaining 16 days of product. Contacted both agencies to resolve matter and they both said I agreed to the terms and conditions when I checked that I was 18... never got that information or I would have never ordered one of the products. Will not refund money even though I returned the product I did not order.
