I WAS CALLED ON THE PHONE INSISTENTLY, THEIR ENGLISH WAS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND, STATED THEY WERE FROM CON EDISON. CON EDISON TOLD ME THEY ARE NOT. They had my address buy cold not tell me my ConEd account number. THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME THEIR COMPANY NAME, JUST SIAD "esco", WHICH IS ONLY A GENERAL TERM. I insisted on a name and they said "BGS". I insisted on a company number and after asking many times they gave me a fake phone number to reach them 1800 453 2346. They called from 7273044521
