Type of a scam Other
Mark Blocker and Big Block Athletics have been posting disgusting innacurate information about the Stars Rugby 7s team and it’s athletes without any rights or legal recourse to do so. Mark Blocker is wrongfully claiming to be the CEO of the Stars Rugby s and stating he bought the team. This is verifiably untrue. He is posting libelous information that this is a professional team, a non profit, and has been posting about athletes on the team that he has no contracts with or rights to. Mark has stolen images from Stars Rugby 7s social media including images that are copyrighted, our team logo, apparel designs and images of the athletes he has no consent to share. Mark is further purporting to have an established non profit and to be ScamPulse.com accredited when his “business” has no such accreditation. He has no physical store, no inventory save some cotton tshirts he printed, he had no employees, no business savvy, and no professional presence. Mark engaged in fraud with the Stars Rugby 7s organizaron and was in a dire breach of contact after just one month of “sponsorship” in which he failed to send funds as contracted. I have proof of all my claims to submit for review. He should not be alllowed to list on tour site or any other.
I have attached examples of his deceitful ScamPulse.com claims including the actual site showing he isn’t accredited. He is rude and abusive to people who had asked him to stop and have written cease & desist letters. He has stolen all images from the Stars Rugby 7s social media channels. It violates copyright law especially with our team photographers, graphic designers, and more. He has used athlete and staff names without permission.
He is masquerading a non profit as well with his “foundation” while also trying to pass himself off as a financial advisor yet hasn’t no licenes or training; he is signed up as an ambassador with the Financial Reserve Money Smart Week program and is falsely making it seem as if he has more ties while also wrongly charging for services.
He is a con artist and scammer and nothing more. I am happy to provide additional proof of all his wrongdoings.
