I was on a game an advertisement popped up advertising a promotion for a 20 piece cookware set from ****** I thought it was a legitimate offer so I purchased it just to find out after purchase the item it was not from ****** after all the name of the company used on my authorization was Big flight limited I then tried to contact the company and got a message saying that it can't be contacted and I was blocked from sending texts to the individual. I am disabled and I do a lot of purchase online I don't have money to throw away I also need help to resolve this I thought it was legitimate because the advertisement was elaborate with demonstration and post with ****** pictures and everything I could not believe that this was able to be posted there was other advertisement from ****** like patio furniture and etc. I'm sending this for review to try to resolve this for myself but also I don't want anyone else to get taken by this I know that there are a lot of elderly people with disabilities that depend on the convenience of being able to get things that they need online just like myself
