I had an agreement with the seller to return a faulty phone. I returned it by using the shipping label that they sent me and it was delivered, according to tracking, on September 28th 2024. The seller promised to give me a refund within 1 business day in which they have not and I have contacted eBay multiple times only to be told they're not going to help me because now it has passed a 60 day window. This lead me to check recent seller reviews. The seller has hundreds of complaints if the same nature. I have reported the seller to ebay. The seller will not respond to any of my messages. I have done everything that ebay instructed me to do and more. No response. It has been dragged out for so long that I have missed my window with ebay to help me.
