This person is an old friend that is attempting to do what my company currently does. He is claiming to be a property manager for vacation rentals, and using my company's digital property on his website to do so without permission. He claims to have hundreds of clients on his website. He only has one. That client called my company (because she found our digital property on his site) and reached out to us asking us about her property of which we had no record. She told us she uses Adam as a property manager and he has not paid her out in 3 months. So not one owner payout since she started with him. He will not provide her any receipts for purchases or any financial documentation. He has no idea what he is doing, we did not allow him into our management company because of his poor ethical behavior. He is using our contract, our contract explanation, photos and videos on his site without our knowledge. His one client reached out to us because she thought it was our company who was running things for her home due to the content on his site. He has created fake listings of other properties to make it seem he has more clients and properties than he does. The client has called me multiple times with more proof of my company's digital property as if he is claiming to work with or be us. He has been collecting money for reservations on her behalf, accessing her property, but never paid her out her dues. *** *** ****** ** ***** ******* *** *** ***** ****** *** ************
