We suddenly noticed charges being debited out of our bank account, without any knowledge of what these charges are for. There are multiple charges under different business names and phone numbers. We have called all the numbers and get nothing but a runaround. They claim we signed an agreement online when we entered a sweepstakes, but we never heard of the website,nor did we sign up for anything. I asked them to simply refund our $1000.00, which they declined saying we signed the agreement, but then they refuse to send me a copy of the said agreement. These people have all our information including our account, and we have no idea to how they got it.
