Bigbox Transport is being used by MaccRoyal[censored]zu Puppies as a shipping company that handles moving animals. They were to ship a puppy to me that I supposedly bought thru MaccRoyal[censored]zu Puppies. Bigbox Transport has taken 4700.00 from me. Per the website, bigboxtransport.org, it was located in Berkshire Oh. They were contacting me from: customer service number 925-660-0362, and payment numbers 301-851-9854 and 240-945-1840. They contacted me via email stating that since this puppy was so young and due to the breed that there was a special kennel that needed to be rented. I rented the kennel on good faith and also from the information that they provided however once I rented the kennel then they came back and required for me to purchase pet insurance in the 2000.00. I went back to the supposedly breeder and we were to split the 2000.00. The breeder sent a false screenshot of his payment but then it got denied by the bank. They would not transport my puppy until they received payment. Once I started asking for the 100% refundable money back they blocked me and the numbers that we were communicating on were no longer in use. When you look at the shipping information the shipper is a Roody Saint Louise Michael, Englewood, CO which was the owner of this website. They worked closely with each other.
