I saw an ad on Facebook indicating I could get an electric fireplace from BigLots since they are closing all stores I clicked on the link and received a confirmation email of my order along with a tracking number. I discovered that the package was delivered somewhere in Piscataway, NJ on 1/13/25. The delivery address is Noblesville, IN. I reached out to customer service three times before they replied back indicating I needed to give them seven more working days for delivery. I still do not have my product, they have my money, and they are no longer replying to my emails.
