"We are sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Sending a replacement can't be arranged as the product you asked for is out of stock.
Can we instead refund you 9US dollars as compensation.
I went and looked and this was a lie the items were still available(not that I wanted another one) So I replied back that 9 dollars was a slap in the face when I paid 75 dollars for the 3 hoodies. They replied back to this with the following.
"As our warehouse checked, the product we sent to you is correct indeed.
If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you.
So how about we refund you 12USD as compensation and you keep the products?
Send“Yes I agree ”and we will register you for a refund immediately"
So now they are telling me it was the correct merchandise and they will send 12 dollars and do not offer to send me the postage to send it back and they don't suggest that a because it would be real expensive. I don't think they understand that I never said it wasn't the correct merchandise I said it was a Knockoff and not what the pictures showed. The bottom line is they are selling knock offs and using the pictures from someone else's catalog.
