BIGO live is a Live steaming app that provides a host a way to make money from gifts provided through the APP. The people have two types of people . The APP has hosts and supporters . I am a supporter which means I put money into the application and gift the host so they can reach a certain tier to make money. The more money you spend on the Application the more privileges they will give you in regards to your account. The problem I'm having is I haven't received any of my privileges for the last 2 months. The month of July I spent over 3,000 USD and did not receive the service the APP provides .I should have reached the 1 Tier of SVIP 1 I sent a message through whatsapp using the point of contact the service provider provided through the application with no response. I reached out to customer service they provided with no resolve. I continued to support the host throughout the month of August where I spent over 6,000 dollars and they told me I reached the level of SVIP 3 and I still didn't receive the services provide through the application. I tried to resolve these issues by reaching out to all the point of contacts given for customer service, but they keep giving the run around by sending emails and sending me to another person just to close out the help ticket. Once you reach SVIP the app provides a back page service where you can track the money you're spending on your account and use your SVIP points on the services provided for that tier you reached. I show the customer service rep's and after all the emails they said I didn't reach SVIP . They took the SVIP application away from my account after making complaints. That was over 9000 USD spent in the last 2 months. I have spent over 60,000 on this app within the last 10 months and that's not the only part. I downloaded this application in America and started supporting my friends through this application . I work for a corporation where I travel the world for work. This plays a big part of the app because the host makes money of the gifts I send. They accumulate a currency on the application called beans. This is looked at as money in regards to the host reaching a monthly Tier for a pay out . Now I fly to many different countries throughout the year and now when I gift a host they say the gifts don't count towards their tier in order for them to hit their quota. The money I put into the app is considered out of region gifts or beans and the host won't get the pay out at the end of the month. Now this is where the scam lives. They tell me that being I always traveling I have a Mena account which is another branch of the company who is in charge of customer service for the account , so when I contact customer service it's an American service desk that doesn't take responsibility and only wants to close out the help ticket so they refer to the Mena service provider . The MENA service provider never responds so you're forced to contact customer service through the app and that's where the company keeps running you in circles. I had all the screen shot of messaging to go behind this statement which I can't currently , because I'm only to up load 1 item.
