BigStub is a ticket resale market place. On the site you can see seat sections of the venue and purchase a ticket based off what the resale price is (which may be above or below face value). No scam there. The scam is that they sell different “Packages” (Silver Fan, Gold VIP, Diamond Fan, Diamond Deluxe) in which you are told you will receive perks (such as a GA pass, event specific Merch, food and drink, detailed itinerary) and so pay a premium but don’t tell you a seating section, row etc. This package is listed UNTIL after you purchase.

Confirmation email, order number and details do not reflect these “Packages” you pay a premium for and after calling customer service im not convinced anyone can provide proof that you purchased what they sell you or that there is anyone to honor these premium packages.
