I ordered five (5) wood fence panels from BigsUSA.com paid by CC. Notified bank after I found out that the company's email doesn't work after trying to cancel the order which shows the company in Michigan but they are not they are in China.

Went to bigsusa.com to buy a Ryobi 5.0cub.ft portable mixer,they got the money through PayPal but it wasn't paid to bigsusa it was a person

I placed an order in late November, order# Bigsusa241125095435149 for a slow cooker. I did receive notification of the order. When weeks went by, I attempted to contact them to find out why I hadn’t received the product (slow cooker). They provided an email address but never replied. I checked the receipt and the website but couldn’t find a contact number. Now, the website is defunct. Just now, I checked reviews and found that it’s a fraudulent website with many people being scammed. I am worried about my credit card information being compromised.
