I ordered a XR75 seat from Bike Seat Factory, got conformation and all. Waited about 25 days and no seat. I called that phone number and some guy who goes by name ERIC says my seat is ready to ship and even sends me pictures. He told me he had covid and just got out of the hospital and would send the seat the next day. Never got the seat so I asked Pay Pal to step in and just now got a refund from Pay Pal, he never answered to them either. His real name is HGUYEN THI DUY NHAT. He is a fraud and a thief and a liar. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. Nov. 12 2021

I had the same experience. Bought a seat online received confirmation email, received order number but never received item. Tried to call, email, Facebook and even sent messages through eBay. Contacted credit card company and they are investigating the company. They lost a forever customer.

I ordered a $270 motorcycle seat from them. I never received the order. My money went through and I can’t get a refund. I tried contacting the business many times on many different forms. I called them about 60 consecutive times during business hours. My call was never answered and I never received a call back. I messaged on Facebook and was told they would look into it but never did. I had no tracting number assigned to me.
