A bill Harris sent a friend request and then a message in messenger telling me about a large grant he got of $300,000 and that I may get one too. He sent me a link to a Facebook profile for a David Bobby and said to message that person and ask for my grant $$. He then immediately kept asking me if I had done it yet and said hurry he’s online now!! The David guy responded and asked my name then said yes I was on the list. The list was very short and he then asked me to fill out a “form” it was just questions he typed out. I immediately blocked both David and bill and reported them to Facebook.
