A person calling himself "Bill Shower" is putting a lot of effort into his rental ads, with a sob story about him taking a job in San Francisco and doesn't want to sell his lovely home here while he's working and living in SF for the next 3-5 years. His "rental questionnaire" didn'tas ask any of the usual personal questions, but was very vague. will not meet prospective renters in person, but insists that you send him deposit money so he can Fed Ex you keys to the home. This home is posted on Craigslist at $800 per month with $800 deposit. But, also posted on other sites at $1200 per month and $1200 deposit. He's willing to give a phone number and speak with you. He has an afghan accent, seems inconsistent with his name. The home he says he's renting is on 284 River Run circle Sacramento, CA 95833. Anytime someone will not meet in person, especially renting a home they love so much, it's a suspicious situation.
