Bill.com advertises as a payment platform, allows people/businesses to make accounts to send and receive money, then intercepts the money and asks for things like personal selfies (gross!) and business financial information while withholding money paid through their platform. They are unreachable by phone, and when you do reach a person they say they can't help you someone else has to.
