Received my Medicare Summary Notice with two charges from Royce Medical Supply LLC for two (2) "150 intermittent urinary catheters: coude tip, with or without coating. April 21, 2023 and May 22, 2023.

I did not order, did not use and have no need or such equipment. The Medicare Summary states they were ordered by Mark H Richter. I have no idea who that is. I live in Wisconsin and have not been to Florida in 2 1/2 years.

Billed my supplemental insurance company for $3,800 for bladder drainage supplies which I did not order. Only way I found out was by getting an explanation of benefits from my insurance company. Insurance company is investigating. However, I am concerned how they got my insurance numbers and also if they have other ID info such as social security number, etc.
