Being that I had not oreded anything and account debited I called to cancel and get a refund. They directed me to do this I had to sign in on their program called "teamview.com, and the all problems happened, they had control of my computer, and because it was a debit on my banking account I then went to my bank account, with them on line, and they showed me the debit on my account, i was furious and told them that this was a scam and I was not going to pay this, so to get my cancellation refunded they gave me instructions to place the amount of the bill on a line for my refund, I did so. then I went back to my bank account and found that $15, 5579.00 had been debited, I hung up on them called my bank, around 4PM and locked my account, requested and new account with ID and PWD be changed, . I have not heard from then again, on 10/14/2020, got new ID and PWD for my account and it did show transaction on my checking account but my banker changed it from checking and moved it into Savings account!! I also called NORTON LIFE LOCK, I do not have an account with them, but they suggested informing BBB, so here I am.
