Type of a scam Phishing

I checked my email 8/20/2019 and had this email related to a purchase that I had supposedly made for a surface pro3573 for $2728.00. I never made or even thought about the purchase and I was very upset.I did call the number but it was a machine,not a person there.I started checking on line and it said to notify Microsoft and the local authorities.It did not have any credit card or bank acct. info on the invoice.It just thanked me for my purchase.All the data said to notify,so that is what I am trying to do.Maybe it will help someone else. I do not know how to attach a copy of this.If you need one ,let me know how to do that or send me an address and I cal mail it to you.This email did not ask for money at this time.I figugured tat I would get a bill on my email for hat product.
