He came to our house to give us a quote for kitchen works, we paid 50% and he disappeared. We filed a small claim suit and have won the judgment but no idea how we can get our money back. 

BBB Note:  In this type of instance: "When a judgment has been rendered in a court case and the company is not willing or unable to pay, the parties will need to go back through the court system for assistance, in receiving awarded money."
