I ordered July 31st. Never received anything. They sent out an email months later (October) basically saying if you haven’t received it by now dispute the charge with your bank. I paid them through Apple Pay and banks don’t have chargeback rights so they’d have to send me the money back through Apple Pay. I spoke with someone in November and she said she was sending it but I never got anything. After that, no one answers the phone and when they do, they’re really rude and will hang up in your face.
