He said he had a grant for me, and all I would have to do is pay him 200$; he took my money and never showed. He's been harassing me every couple weeks from several different numbers demanding I pay him more money

He said there's was a grant, and had me send 200$ to recieve my grant. He asked for my address, my social security, my card routing number and login info. He didn't bring me anything. But texts me every other week from different numbers demanding I pay him more money. He's been harassing me for 2 months. I've blocked his Facebook [his profile is a white male, bald posed in front of a flag with "Realtor" as his occupation.] And I blocked his 4 numbers.
