I saw a product advertised on Tiltok called B-tox face serum to help with wrinkles. So I purchased it, they charged my debit card on January 16, 2024, I still haven’t received email communication that it was purchased, or when it should be delivered. I have sent 2 emails and filled out 3 contact us forms, and still no communication. All I want is my money back and they won’t respond.
