Bimmer of Atlanta advertised a 2007 BMW Z4 in excellent condition for sale with a clean title; got to location to inspect car, convertible top was not working, needs brakes, bright lights not working, rear console cover broken, door handle pull fell off, car pulls to the right due to apparent previous accident that they claim they were unaware of, only key was the valet key - no remote or permanent keys. Business has the bill of sale filled out as a 2007 BMW Business signed title but refused to put my name as buyer on title Business concealed title and bill of sale in envelope without letting me review it I opened the envelope in office to inspect details of VIN number to insure they match on bill of sale and title. They did. But then I noticed the bull of sale said model year was 2007 and the title stated year as 2006 I had paid in full $4000 by wire transfer to business the day before this, so they already had my money I purchased what was suppose to be a 2007 but instead received a 2006, and upon further review of the title I noticed it was a “rebuilt title, not a clear, clean title. The car is only worth half the value of what I paid. I was told they were selling the car for a private, personal owner, but came to find out the titled owner was Bimmer of Atlanta. They had the car titled in their name since April of 2019, not a private owner as previously claimed
