The ad I keep getting says it's macys but if you trace back even a little bit it goes directly down this bin Estrella gmbh rabbit hole of crap! No I didn't get scammed I'm kinda overly cautious even buying from known websites but this one I thought ppl may be getting scammed on because it's using Macy's name to scam ppl with. Please be careful out there.

This guy owns a guitar shop supposedly too. Theryene. I'm still waiting plus I got rush delivery... Still no show! A total scam in my book. There's no way to get in touch with the company as well. I'm still waiting on shipping.

I placed an order for a Amazon returns pallet. Description said 30+ electronic items guaranteed. I paid 76.90. It only took about 10 days to recieve my order but when I recieved my order it was only 3 items in a small envelope from a town like 40 minutes away from me yet the tracking said it was coming from japan..thru customs..LA, seattle ,then my local post office. No where on the tracking does it say the town it shows on the shipping label. And this is what i recieved.

I OREDERED 21 ITEMS, WITH THE 30% DISCOUNT AND FREE SHIPPING IT "SAVED" ME $55.00 FROM $199.00 TO $144.00. I ORDERED ON SATURDAY MARCH 4TH 2023. TODAY IS THURSDAY MARCH 16TH. MY "TRACKING SAID IT ARRIVED 4 DAYS AGO!

Can't talk to no one about order OVERDUE ORDER! I paid Express shipping and there's no package! I'm stuck, there email doesn't even respond... SHUT THEM DOWN FOR BAD BUSINESS AND NO RESPONSE! They took out money from my account at least they did that quick.there shouldn't be no need for my stress! DO SOMETHING DON'T LET THIS COMPANY BE ADVERTISING THEIR PRODUCTS...!

Scam..scam..scam…my $29.99 is gone, be careful everyone for this thieves🙏🏻 nowadays it’s hard to trust online shopping, this is the first time i’ve been scammed, if you experienced this file a dispute in your bank, never to trust again a company without a contact number and better yet check the company website or background to make sure.

Fraud company, goods never got delivered, tracking shows delivered . No way to contact them , email bounces back. Sheer rubbish with no phone number, no tracking help . Why the hell they have created fb page

I ordered from them in mid-December 2022 and the payment went through and an order confirmation was received. I have not yet received the item (last January today..) and neither email nor their phone number works. Today I will contact our police department and submit a report that this is a scam company. I want to warn everyone to do business with Kargoka

I was scammed by this company too, I placed an order for shoes that never arrived,
I see a lot of deceived people here and I wonder why no one has filed a complaint with the police and the prosecutor's office so far.
after all, the name of the company is registered in Darmstadt, of course there is no such street, but the police probably have the ability to find the bank accounts of these thieves.

It was a post of Facebook for “DUDE” shoes. Attempted to order a pair of shoes with 3-5 day shipping. It has been over three weeks and I have attempted to email support to ask about my order and have not received any response about my inquiries. I stated I was going to contact ScamPulse.com and report as a scam and still no response.

Shobing Bin Estrella GmbH LIMITED INC

When a deal is too good to be true, the most likely its a scam. I was never gave a direct response to any of my requests to the whereabouts on my package. The responses were smart and generic. As a supplier of my goods which I have paid for, they are responsible for the package untill I receive it THEREFORE, they need to know and inform me EXACTLY where on the world it is.

When using the link provided in the webpage, to track the package, the map shows package is in Johanesburg, South Africa. My request was for them to provide the contact details of that location. Im sure, they can get that from their courior service, instead, they sent generic messages. The map on the email response from track17 shows the package in in another part of South Africa.

Once again, My request to them is provide me the contact details of the place in Johannesburg, South Africa, where the package is located by 18 Jan 2023 (sufficient time to locate the package and provide details). If they are unable to provide, these details, I will request a full refund. Note, If the package is in South Africa, as indicated in their tracker, then I should have received the package a while back. Covid-19 is not holding up shipping and distribution in South Africa

I made a purchase December 9th, 2022. BIG MISTAKE! These people are thieves. I never received my order. I tried to contact them multiple times and in every way I could using their multifaceted false information, quickly learning it was fake. I hope they get caught for what they’re doing is so wrong. Please steer clear of any website related to Bin Estrella.
