Fakes acounts & trackings

I got scammed on this account just like many others over Black Friday. I learned my lesson but their items that were not extremely cheap but a great price the website seem legit at first now it says 2023 but originally it didn't say that and there was an address on it but it's not anymore either and I didn't know it could be a scammer if they sent you a tracking number because it was actually tracking it attracted told me my package was delivered but it was delivered to KANEOHE, HI 96744 and just like I told them multiple times and they would see it because it should be my address on the delivery that you do not live in HI, I live in MN. The person in the email kept saying that they would check my order and then it was they saw that they got delivered and to please check my post office why would I check my post office when itinerary told me it wasn't a whole different country. I don't understand why so many of these sites exist there are hundreds of buyers and reviews they should be shut down after a minimum of 10 at least why are they still going is my question. So I was about to submit this claim when I saw a picture on the website so I Googled it and it basically brings up another website even though it's a group of people from California apparently. On this page this is their quote similar to the previous page so I have no idea what's going on I don't know if this is another scammer page or what!

His second website looks a lot more legit and it actually has names like a employess or something so I'm definitely going to reach out to them I mean they have pictures of the people so it shouldn't be hard to see if it's not which I have also added with the other pictures below
