Where is my stuff?

I made an order the last November 19 2021 and i didn't received the merchandise. The order number is LY939494709CN dent by Manual in November 25,2021. I paid with PayPal and the transaction ID is 9YL84571F2016860H. Today is my due day to pay my Pay Pal account and I did not receive my order

On Feb 5/21 I purchased a snow toy set. I paid the extra $5 for expedited shipping (above the already $10 shipping) as it said I would receive the item in 10-15 days. About 15 days later I got an email saying the item had been shipped! I should have already had the item, but ok. It’s now been 10 weeks and still nothing. I’ve been emailing for over 2 weeks asking for a refund and they keep saying no, that it’s on the way and give me a tracking number.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I bought a table top arcade and received a small palm sized arcade. Paid $82 for it. We are now going back and forth on a refund. They asked if I wanted something else for the value and sent me pictures of what I can choose from. I told them NO give me a refund. SCAM!

The screwed me out of 164 dollars. Refuse to give me my money back. Making all kind of lies and keeps telling me that they are working on it. Took them 5 minutes to get my money now cant seem to figure out how to return it. They sent me dollar store toys when it was supposed to be gas rc cars.

Did not receive the package. It has been lost in transit and they dont want to refund me. They keep saying that the package at arrive in my country however the tracking tells me it's still in asia.

Their website says EMAIL them for the return address to send things back for refund which I did and whoever is writing me back is NOT giving me the shipping address, says 1st email "why do you want to return?" (does not give me address) and now 2nd email after I tell them the product is defective/has NO WAY of charging or recharging no outlet on product to plug in USB cord to it so it's USELESS -they ignore me and write back "You can charge by the computer." after I ALREADY told them there is NO USB port on the product to plug in the cord to charge it and I just TOLD THEM YET AGAIN how can I plug it into the computer when there is no outlet on the product to insert the USB charger cord?!? Over and over again ignoring me and stalling around, this person/company is refusing to give me the return address! These products are 2 "Fully Automatic Massage Whitning Toothbrush"es and they cost me over $52 and they are USELESS! On paypal where I paid it is all in Chinese and listed as "clothing" !!!
