I'ma freelance videographer editor who got a job off Craigslist to shoot tutorials for the old guide caregivers foundation by coordinator Binh Nguyen who only contacte through text and email but gave me a number later when I got suspicious that only goes to voicemail. The first 2weeks we negotiate threw email and text so everything looked legitimate.so he mails me a check that I deposit in my accountant bank account and the bank cashed it for us 3days later the check bounced but during the 3days Mr Binh ordered me to deposit in to Td bank account of Amanda hall whose supposed to build a lighting board as previously initially talked about now after the deposit 1for1500 on Thursday and one for 1600 the next day we didn't talk to him for 2days then he sends a text he will send checks to r re ctify the checks cone but he voids the same day and notify me thru text then claimed he's sending checks in my name not accountant never email,text call back it's been 3 days

Td bank when we went to see if we can investigate or even look up the account they have a uncondusive,unlawfull policy where you can't even look up suspicious fraud with out a account with the bank with no effective,tarty conducive process for fraud not even private detectives have access that's "harbouring" and a miscarriage of justice were just looking for them to refund the two deposit or alert her of fraud if she was fraudulent we can tell cause the deposit will be gone if she is a victim

She would not mind to refund the deposit

I have email text and deposit receipt copy of bounced check and two voided checks
