Lashonda Conley-Moore and Marlon Moore use friends to solicit people to join a blessing tree. They promise that if you bless someone on the tip tier you will later be blessed. They continuously change the rules and have also implemented a monthly $90 software fee for you to keep track of your status. They advise the friends to send money via paypal, cashapp and zelle and mark it as a blessing/gift and deposit in small increments to avoid paying any taxes. They do weekly videos on BAND where they have admitted to receiving 14k payments regularly. They advise to deposit in small increments as to avoid the bank flagging their transactions and reporting to the IRS. They present this to their followers as a way of building a savings but they are the only ones to get paid as they keep changing the rules making it impossible for they followers to receive any benefit. Attached are a few complaints. There a many more, so many that they turned the ability to comment off.

I do not wish to provide my name but I have put an email if you wish to speak to me. I will be happy to provide as much detail as I possible can. These people are taking advantage of desperate folks in need and it needs to be stopped.
