I order one bottle of this to try and was charged the 59.99 price, now all of a sudden I am getting auto shipments that contain 2 bottles in each shipment and I have 12 bottles, I took some of the 1st bottle, and it did nothing. I only order the single shipment to try first to see if it works with my other meds I take. It did not not work at all. I need to know how to stop the charging of my card and return this product.

$199.99 appeared deducted from account so I called bank to report that I did not approve. The next week I received 5 bottles of BioPure Keto Gummies. Tried to call but would only asked to leave message.

Ordered Bio Pure Keto Gummies through add on cell phone. It was advertised as buy 3 bottles for $39 each (unable to recall exact amount charged), get 3 free. Received order and charge to my debit card was for 235$ through Dynamix Medical, which was not amount advertised! I have been attempting to return unopened shipment, and cancel membership or whatever this is, but no one will answer the phone. You have to leave a recorded message at phone number 1-888-589-7860 for Bio Pure. Now I have received a 2nd charge on my debit card of 235$ under the name of Dynamix Medical as of today with no additional product received NOR ordered!!!!!! I attempted to contact this company through the web site provided on bottle at [email protected]. Site is only for placing orders with no option for return/refund of product. Shipping label has address as : Shipping Dept, RtrnCtr #195, 7780 49th St North, P.O. Box 516 Pinellas Park FL 33781.

I did a onetime order for a 6 months supply of gummies only for 199.99 declined the cleanser 59.99, but got billed for and received both, so I assumed I made a mistake. Then was billed for a second 199.99 the following month which was supposed to be a onetime six-month supply. Luckly my card had expired and received new one with different pin, so debits have been denied, but they keep trying to retrieve the money every week. They have even tried a 0.00 amount to see if they could get in. phone # 888-589-7860 does not work anymore. I have to call bank to see if they can block them some how.

I thought I was being charged $59 from my HSA. They charged my HSA account $239 two times before I saw my statement.

I desire to lose weight so much so I finally stupidly fell for the gummie ads. The ad showed that I could order one bottle and possibly one for free. I rationalized that would give me a good idea whether it worked or not. I attempted to order the initial order but when I finalized the order, extra detox product was added on. And somehow the order got doubled. I got 6 bottles of gummies at 30 each and 2 bottles of detox with 60 each. Of course I realize what a fool I am to even initiate the order but the company is very clever at wearing us in.

I ordered these online as well. I also purchased what I thought was one order for $39.99 and was also charged $199.99 & $59.99. No receipt. NEVER got a receipt . Got an email from the company on confirmation of the order being delivered.

I tried to call the 888-589-7860 and it was a bad number with no response. Tried to look up the email at [email protected]" I have since been charged again for the same 6 month supply!!!! I have stopped any further payments to my credit card.
