As the others confirmed this company is a scam, you can't find and address location or any real customer service help. They made up a very pricey order on their own, no way to edit or cancel. I contacted PayPal, stop payment was done. They sent the items I would sent it back to whatever address I'll find online. Scammers big time!

Customer service is non existent. I tried to cancel within 5 minutes after ordering and alas, there’s no one there to help. Please don’t fall for it even how desperate you are to better your skin or you’ll regret it. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I was so desperate to get rid of my melasma and didn’t do my homework to research more about this so-called website. After I got scammed, I started reading more and found the complaints from the customers that had the same experience as myself. Stay away from this website.

I went to paypal and disputed the charging and paypal will be investisgating the company and remove them from using thier plate form for payment. There is no number and when you try to email them a generated email comes back to you. I spent 63.12 and they get the money right away. I called paypal right after I placed the order and then saw the reviews online. Do not waste your money you may not get it back, or you will have to go though a long process to recover your money.

New information about Bio Formula Select they are located at 2235 3rd St Suite E420 which is an apartment complex Potrero Launch Apartments there phone number is 615-439-1296 and I called. They stated that they have never hear of this company and they do not have an apartment with E420 or a suite.

I didn't properly research this site before buying because I was so desperate to find something that would work for my skin, and I had been feeling particularly down about my skin issues the day I bought from them. The price was also great, so I bought the product without much thought even though I had my doubts. I wholly regret my decision now and wish I had listened to my gut because the package is nowhere to be found, there's no address for them, and they, of course, do not offer refunds.

And the other complaint here mentioned the same thing that I came across while trying to find more information about the company--the Fred Scarf individual. He has an Instagram with the comments turned off and a website, which is the site the other person mentioned. I am convinced now that I have been scammed as well.

I will be reporting this purchase as fraud with my credit card company and will do my best to get my money back! I don't care that it's only $26.57 that I spent--I want it back.

I appreciate you and everyone here sharing your unfortunate experiences. I have severe hyperpigmentation spots on most of my body that cause me much embarrassment and lower my self esteem. I was having an overwhelming moment and decided to search for something to help fade and hopefully eliminate my issues. I came across the BioFormula Select site and was about to place my order for several tubes, but just had thing gut feeling something didn’t feel right. The price was too good in comparison to other sites that offer formulations to help with my issues. I didn’t place any order and started googling this site and found you all sharing your stories. I’m so sorry you all had this bad experience. I hope you all get a full refund and may your skin issues resolve. In God’s name. Amen. Thank you for informing others. God bless you all.

This company is a scam! When I ordered the product advertised, I received a bottle of basically colored water. It is not what is advertised. Also, there is no contact information or phone number to call. I payed through PayPal and am trying to get my money back. The seller info that PayPal had on my receipt was a pornographic website: http://www.fredscarf.com/ This was very upsetting and I knew instantly that I had been scammed!
