I ordered 3 products. The first 2 came first and were in a sealed box and when you open the cap of the tube, it also has a seal. The 3rd item came 3 days late but this time it did not come in a sealed box just the tube that has a sticker that states that it is new. If you open the cap you will notice that the tube does not have a seal and it was squeezed before because you could see the cream around the end of the tube. It is so gross. In their website they do not accept a refund or return but why do they send a product that was clearly used already. This 3rd product was most expensive one. I am attaching a picture of the product I just received. I am going to throw this away. With the pandemic who knows who has used this already. Very unprofessional business. So gross!
