That's when I found the red flags. 1 article from the ScamPulse.com and 2 others regarding this type of scam. 1 of them even mentioned the company name and nearly exactly what I experienced. I sure wish I had found that when i researched them before I contacted them. Fortunately he didn't get much of my personal info and no money, other that the salary, was discussed. The other email address used was [email protected]. According to its website, it's located in Australia.

This is in regards to the vacant position of Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator, Data Entry Clerk, Accounting Clerk, Bookkeepers, Payroll Clerk, financial representative, Call center representative, Medical Biller, Front desk agent, Customer Service representative, Help desk agent, Receptionist, Dispatcher, Position in which we are in search of an immediate refill, training is available. Once I got into contact with mr. James we proceeded with interview by starting off with:

He then proceeded with the interview and asked a series of traditional authentic questions you would receive in an interview. When we got further into the next step he asked me to speak with him next morning at 8 am and when I did he then told me the next step would be for him to deposit a check into my account for me to purchase supplies with their vendor and I knew my suspicions were correct that this was a scam. And I had come here and seen another person was approached by this “company” and they received the check and it cleared at first then took funds out of their account by bouncing or something. When I confronted mr. James he tried to guilt me into trusting because the company trusted me.

You will receive the check very soon so i want you to be on look out for it,report online as soon as you have it so i can give you further instructions and i will refer you to the vendor you will be purchasing the materials from, the Company's accountant will mail you a Check that will handle the cost. They will have it sent to the address you have just provided so I suppose the name you provided is same on your bank info.

As soon as the check has been issued out to you i will notify you and provide you with the tracking number so you can keep track and know when it will get to you and Note: The check will be coming to you Via FedEx or USPS.. Once you receive the check you are needed to have it deposited to your bank account ,Then the funds will be will be credited and available in your account for cash out the next day morning. You are to purchase this software's from the shipping agent who we have been buying from for years now.
