10/10/22 Ordered Keto Gummies, received them, but sent them back 11/2/22. Called them on 12/12/22 to receive my $259 refund. She said (Fraya Castro) said she would have to receive word from their warehouse as to when it was received back. No word. I called 1/10 to find out progress on the refund. She said there was no word from the warehouse as to whether they had received. I had put the RMA inside the box so they know where to return the refund. She said that she would either have to have my USPS tracking number or word from the warehouse. I do not retain the tracking number but I did sent it in.
