Not made in USA. Very cheap looking

We thought we were buying something made in USA. Received it today weeks after getting a weird shipping email where I couldn't even track the package. Opened it and as soon as we saw the product we realized this was not made in USA. The instructions that came with it, an email response we got from the company clearly told us this was not an American company. We want to return the mobile which we received and the feeders which we did not. Planning on contacting Paypal to dispute.

I also fell for the "made in the USA" scam on their fake website. I bought a kinetic windspinner that looked awesome from the GIF pictures posted on the site. The REAL item was made my some renown metallic artist in England and it sells for over $1,200. Unfortunately, I did not get suspicious until I was sent bogus shipping information to some weird tracking site that never updated. I requested a refund through PayPal stating I did not receive the item. However, during PayPal's dispute review process, I did receive a small flat box the size of a small pizza box - and in there was a TINY version of the windspinner I thought I was ordering, made of cheap metal and the size of a dollar store pinwheel. Surely not worth the $60 I paid, nor the $239 price they crossed out, stating everything was on sale because the company didn't survive the pandemic and was going out of business. I've been told there is no way to regulate these Chinese companies and the way they steal pictures of real clothing or other items and then send fake duplicates - IF the customer receives anything at all. MY mistake was not doing my due diligence - I always check reviews for anything I order and this time, I was so taken with the picture of the wind spinner in motion, I bought the item on impulse, which is always a bad move. I don't know if PayPal will process my refund now because I did receive the item, even though it's laughable. Inside the box there was a card that told me to contact [email protected] to request a refund - but I already know that these Chinese companies don't "do" refunds. They dupe everyone and the only way to stop them is to check them out right away and DO NOT ORDER any of their products. I feel pretty STUPID, but at least I'm only out $60 and not hundreds. I've attached a picture comparing what I received to a full-size windspinner that I bought from a real USA company a couple of years ago.

They are describing products as 100 % made in the USA - high quality, small company. When the tracking number arrived, it was from China. Email responded to was from China. Paperwork was in bad English grammar. Company charged $35 more for the product than those legitimately advertising it from China since it was supposed to be made in the USA. Only one of my emails responded to, and they apologized for the shipping time, not the product location. The rest have been ignored. Have filed complaint with Attorney General and will attempt to get satisfaction through my credit card.

Another sad story…this site totally misrepresented the product! The feeder is made of cheap material, doesn’t go together very well, leaks, has no hole to fill it, took a very long time to arrive! Total garbage!

HB feeder leaked terribly and was ignored by hummers who regularly visit a different feeder I have. Company would not provide an address for a return and only offered a percentage of the purchase price as a refund. Total ripoff. Avoid.

I finally got a 100% refund for product AND SHIPPING! I went back and forth several dozen times and finally told them I was done. Told them I was going thru PayPal for resolution claiming fraud (not manufactured in USA, no refund for any reason, ripping off the real US Peters Company, etc.) Within hours I was informed they processed a full refund thru PayPal.

Beware, this is a total rip-off! If you go to their site, www.biologytrainingaid.com, it says they are "made in the USA" and lists 4 states that they are made in. If you order it, it is shipped from a Rosemead, CA P.O. box. They advertise "Full refund within 90 days for no reason". The feeders that I received were not like the ones pictured, they did not have the hole on the bottom with the black plug, which would be great for easy filling. Two of the clear feeding tubes broke during assembly. I contacted their support for a full refund as advertised on their page. All correspondences came from China from an email listed as Grereply and replygres. They absolutely refused to give me a full refund. The most they offered was a 50% refund and I would have to pay over $20 to return the items to an office in China. Why would you need to return something that was made in the USA and shipped to me from CA to an office building in China. This is a total scam! Don't waste your money!

Paid $30 plus $8 shipping for a "Peters Hummingbird Feeder" supposedly 50% off from the well known Peters Company in the US. NOPE! Piece of junk from China. Unusable since one hole was way too big so water leaked out and another way too small so the tube could not be inserted. Customer service said I could ship it back at my cost ($20+) and maybe get a refund someday? or take a 20% refund of $6 and keep the junk. RIP OFF

I purchased a Peter’s Hummingbird Feeder for 29.86 plus 9.99 shipping. The quality of the piece is not worth the price. I Could not get the feeding tubes to insert into the main body of the feeder. The company initially offered a refund of 10%, and I finally got them up to 25%. To return the item I would have had to pay $20 to ship it back to China. I finally was able to insert the feeding tubes into the main cylinder by putting them into the freezer for an hour, and then taking them out one at a time and forcing them into the holes. The feeder leaks slightly, but is functional. Had I done more research, I could have found this item on Amazon for half the price with free shipping, read the reviews there and probably would not have bought this. The company’s website kind of implies it’s in Denver, contact info is listed as UK. Returns have to be sent to China. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company.

I purchased the "Peter's Hummingbird Feeder" for $29.86. When it arrived, I was surprised by the poor quality plastic materials. The feeding tubes could not be inserted into the main tube which would contain the liquid food, making the feeder useless. When I contacted the company, they declined a return and initially offered a 10% refund. When I declined that, they upped it to 15% with no other option. This is a vastly overpriced piece of junk.

Took nearly four weeks to receive item. I had no idea it was from China. It was made from very cheap plastic materials. I had thought from what I paid and the pictures that this was a quality feeder. It was also considerably smaller than the picture. Total scam. Return policy requires paying own shipping, with no guarantee that funds will be returned.

This company used images from a legitimate company based in the US. The company pretends to be located in England. The photo of the item listed on the FB ad was directly lifted from another site. This company called kscanuck, web page http://www.kscanuck.com/ is aware of the fraud and has warned people on FB.

I have filed a claim with Paypal and hope to get my money back.
