I signed up to buy a supplement and then they said I had a subscription and wanted to charge me again. I had to try and cancel the subscription... which took several days because the website kept saying my log in info was wrong and then I would try again and re-set my password and then it was wrong again... Finally they reset it and after several different ways of attempting to log-in... it finally worked. However it made me pay before I could cancel and I just wanted to be done , so I clicked pay and it went through my pay pal. This is a scam. I didn';t realize I even signed up for a subscription , so when I got an email that they were going to charge me again and send me more product-that I didn't want, I tried to cancel. I have been working on this cancellation process for days, back and forth with someone at Bioma.
