On June 16 2022 I responded to an add on Facebook advertising Biopura face cream that was supposedly endorsed by Jennifer Aniston. the website was full of promises for a wonderful product and how effective it was and flashing buttons to click and buy. They offered free sample and stated all I have to do is to pay $6.95 for shipping. When I was ordering this "free" sample there was no mention of any subscription or any other additional charges. I would never agree to any subscriptions or full price product from Facebook add. I did not give them my consent to charge my card for anything else but the shipping charges for the sample. I also did not receive any email regarding this order, no name for this company, no confirmation number or phone number to call and no consent form.

On June 25 2022 I received notification from my credit card company that the amount of $139 was posted to my account. It turned out, it was the same company that charged me for shipping the biopura cream. The company's name was listed as " Saanil Kindest auto brands e shop" nothing to do with face cream. Since I did not authorize them to take my money I called my credit card company and reported it as fraud and cancelled the credit card. Since it was Sunday I couldn't get a hold of anybody from the company itself but I did call them first thing in the morning on Monday. They answered with a bit of different company name Bio zone or something like this, ask me if I want to cancel my subscription and asked for my name. What subscription and what cancellation? right away she said they don't have a record of me being a customer. I gave her my name again, and without checking she said no record. oh yea? what a fraud.
