I ordered a FrostFlow Cooler and their website stated that if not satisfied there was a 30 day money back guarantee. As soon as I received the product (from China) I could tell it was defective and probably worth at the most $15 instead of $89. I requested a refund and got an email stating they’d let me keep it with a 20% discount! I keep emailing stating that I want a full refund and that I’m happy to drop it off in person to their Boca address and no response. They clearly are not in the US because tracking shows that it came from China and there is no phone number to contact customer service. Clearly a fraud.
